With extensive experience in advance quality engineering and warranty recovery programs, including managing the world’s 25th largest automotive supplier’s warranty operations for the GM Power Distribution division. Overseen warranty costs amounting to $4 million annually across a large fleet of vehicles models which includes local and international manufacturing launches in Thailand, Nicaragua, and Mexico.  Part of the leadership team for the flawless launch of the Cadillac STS to earn GM’s Corporation of the Year .


We have managed over $60M of warranty claims, processed $18M with a saving of $1.72M.


Successfully negotiated a 21% savings on future warranty sharing billings as well as the removal of $3.9M in legacy claims.


We have expert skills mapping claims through the manufacturing process and/or to your suppliers.
